Before you email
- Refresh: try a full refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + R).
- Try another browser: Chrome or Safari is best.
- Check account: make sure you’re signed into the correct Google account.
- Parent controls: manage kid profiles and settings in the Parent Dashboard.
Common issues
- Can’t sign in: try signing out of Google in your browser, then sign in again. If you have multiple Google accounts, switch to the one you used for Friendrot.
- Kid profile missing: open the Parent Dashboard and confirm you’re in the right parent account. Profiles are tied to the parent account.
- PIN gate issues: PIN and parent-mode controls are managed in the Parent Dashboard. If you’re locked out unexpectedly, contact support.
- Game not loading / stuck: refresh the page, then try again. If it keeps happening, tell us which game and what device you’re using.
- Report a bug: include what page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead.
What to include in your message
- The email on your parent account (or the Google account you used)
- Device + browser (e.g., iPad Safari, Windows Chrome)
- The game name and what you were doing
- A screenshot if possible
